Cet ouvrage exceptionnel, que j'ai imaginé tel un objet d'art, est la quintessence de mon travail photographique sur l'une des plus grandes légendes de l'histoire du sport : Roger Federer.

Il est le fruit des 20 années que j'ai passées à le photographier sur tous les courts du monde, à saisir et immortaliser les moments de grâce qu'il nous offrait.

J'ai souhaité, tout au long de ces pages, mettre en lumière l'esthétisme et la classe qui le caractérisaient, traduire au mieux l'émotion que nous procurait ce champion d'exception. Voici mon regard de photographe pour magnifier ce sportif iconique, un livre de collection unique au monde en forme d'hommage à sa formidable carrière.

Iconic or when photography enhances sport

This exceptional work, which I imagined like an art object, is the quintessence of my photographic portfolio on one of the biggest legends in the sporting world : Roger Federer.

It is the result of 20 years I spent photographing him on all the courts around the world, grabbing and immortalising the moments of grace he offered us.

I wanted all these pages to shine a light on the aesthetics and class which are characteristics of this exceptional champion. Here is my view as a photographer to magnify this iconic sportsman, a collector's book unique in the world, in the shape of a tribute to his formidable career.
