Informationen zum Autor Brahim Idelhakkar est un ex capitaine au long-cours de la marine marchande et Inspecteur de la navigation, il a navigué pendant quatorze ans comme officier de la marine marchande et considéré comme expert maritime, En 1998 il poursuit ses études à l'université pour étudier les sciences économiques comme une seconde discipline. Après quatre ans il décroche la maitrise en sciences économiques, en 2005 il présente son mémoire de troisième cycle, et enfin il soutient après cinq ans sa thèse de doctorat d'Etat en sciences économiques. Il dispense des cours dans les Universités et établissements d'enseignement superieurs publics et privés.
